How fast do orders ship?
We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $60.
What's the return policy?
You have 30 days. If it's unused and in its original packaging, send it back — no long forms, no guilt.
When will I hear back from you?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually sooner. Pet pics may be answered first.
