When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We’ll email your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $60. For other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Can I return something?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Contact us to get started.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the measurements on the product page. If you’re unsure, send us your pet’s measurements and the product you’re looking at.
