Shipping & Delivery Time

The total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. Our current estimated delivery window is 7–15 business days for most orders.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time does not include Sundays or public holidays. International shipments may occasionally be delayed because of customs processing, carrier routing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Australia & New Zealand: 7–17 business days
Rest of the World: 7–25 business days

Order Processing

After payment is completed, orders usually take 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

If an item in your order is out of stock, or if we need additional information to process your order, HabiTail will contact you by email.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, HabiTail is not responsible for delayed delivery, returned packages, lost packages, or delivery to the wrong address.
